“Rooms were great. Super comfortable, working air-conditioning, extra tea and coffee was a plus. Late check out was a pleasant surprise. I believe we had a newer member of staff greet us and got the location of the room a little confused, but cheerful, helpful and friendly demeanor. Location is great. Easy to get to, close to some great pubs and restaurants. Easy onward travel to London.”

“We absolutely loved it here, Justine and her husband were very helpful, even gave us a bike and chain to go for a ride! We had the most amazing breakfast outside near the canal. They were not intrusive, giving us privacy, the place was clean and well taken care of, would come back again!”

“We are in the middle of our 3rd stay here this year and it has been phenomenal. Our kids love it here! On this occasion, Marta at the glasshouse was just an absolutely wonderful angel! Her customer service was second to none. Also, we sent out laundry and I was so impressed with how quickly it was returned. It couldn’t have taken more than 90 min! We will definitely keep coming back again and again.”

“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. “I booked the Bedford Arms as a surprise country escape for my husbands birthday and it was perfect. There were some lovely country walks on their doorstep, our room was absolutely perfect, the food was delicious and we were exceptionally well looked after by Dan, Evan and Bish during our stay. I wanted somewhere beautiful but that also allowed us to bring our dog and I found the perfect place. We will definitely be back.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Stag Lodges! It was a surprise trip for the kids and they absolutely loved the accommodation. The lodge was brand new, set in lovely surroundings with everything you could ask for, even marshmallows for toasting and blankets for sitting round the fire. We ordered a breakfast hamper which was delicious! The communication was excellent throughout the booking process and the owner was extremely friendly. Thanks for a 5* experience!”
