   Came in today with my friend’s GSD. He’s quite a handful. Demi was so so helpful. Gave me lots of advice and helped me purchase a halti. Demi’s advice was spot on and it was like walking a different dog home. Demi is an absolute credit to your shop, so knowledgeable and patient. She allowed me to test out the collar in the shop and helped fit it. I’m so grateful to Demi, she knows her stuff and her customer service is second to none. Thank you so much.

   Had such a fun time choosing lovely, durable toys for my dachshund, a serial toy destroyer. Demi and Megan were so caring, friendly and knowledgeable and they were amazing with Monty, who can be nervous, but was totally won over. He came away with three toys which so far have lasted several days. The one the girls chose is his joint favourite.

   We love Pets Corner shop in Biggin Hill. Every time we’re visiting, the staff is very welcoming to both us and to pets. We met lovely sale assistant Demi in there and she provided us with so many useful information. We feel like she genuinely care about wellbeing of our adopted dog/cockapoo Bruno. She helped us to weight him and gave him little treat. Her service was simply outstanding and made us to return to the shop more often. Wish there is more sale assistants like her.    Jesus !!! How can you go in shop and not be allowed to buy an item specific designed for the the purpose of the intention of use!!! Verry bad service, all the selleres please do not think you can guarantee the safety of the product, it is also our responsibility of why we buy the item and our intention for use, we also have a duty to read the instruction that the profuct comes with it.stupid sellers they think they know everything, Idiots!!!!

   The staff are absolutely 100 percent professional, friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help not only myself but other customers. To deliver food after closing for a customer who could not carry the shopping. To calling other branches to source dog food when out of stock for myself. Can't be beaten on customer service. The store is extremely clean and presentable.
