Betty loves her Saturday morning visit to Pets Corner! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Kerry is great running the "puppy hour" and helped us choose a harness, seat belt and lots of other puppy essentials. Thank you Kerry & the Pets Corner team!
I took my puppy to Pets Corner Redhill puppy hour for a few weeks. Staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly and informative with the products as well. Cannot fault them. Bertie says "thanks for all the treats"!
I bought my dog a new harness on Saturday. Phil the assistant was so helpful. He tried different harnesses on my gog to make sure it was the correct size. Nothing was too much trouble. You don't often get such good service these days, it was a pleasure to shop there.
I purchased a padded blue jacket for my whippet Archie. I thought it was a bit too big so l emailed a photo asking for a second opinion. Laura replied immediately & agreed it was a bit too big. So I went to the Nutfield store who knew I was visiting as Laura had contacted the store to let them know I am coming.. At the store Jack assisted us trying on different sized jackets until we found one that fitted Archie. Great&Small products are always of a very high standard. Exceptional service from Laura and Jack
Very helpful staff and well stocked shop. All staff are friendly and welcoming and will always assist if I can't find or reach something. Particular thanks to Vicki as she has gone above and beyond to source an item that I put on a click and collect order. Thank you to all the staff
Excellent customer service from this particular store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to offer advice and the personal touch which is great. There is a great variety of stock as well and they don't just stock the generic high street items that you get from other stores. Stock is very overpriced though, and in this economic climate you can get the samenthings cheaper online, you're paying a premium for the staff knowledge.
Hannah and the team at Redhill are amazing! I’m a new cat-mum and have been finding my way. Hannah has always offered support and excellent suggestions when I have questions regarding my cats. The team are professional, welcoming and have always made me feel like a valued customer, thank you!. I have eagerly been waiting for McAdams wet cat food to be available again. Thank you all for keeping me up to date throughout, I am very grateful! I always love popping in to see your smiley faces and having a little natter about our cats. I’ve never had a negative experience at any PetsCorner, but feel very lucky to have Such a lovely team at my local store in Redhill.
I’ve been going to the store in Nutfield, Surrey, for nearly 4 years. From the start, they have gave excellent advice for my puppy, and they continue to do so. From the best, healthiest food & reward treats to play toys and leads. Especially, Viki, has been a consistent help and go to person for me. Would highly recommend.
The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and kind..and that's not just to my Leonberger! They have gone out of their way to get in special stock for her and gave her great encouragement when she was a pup to gain the confidence to walk into the shop without needing to have carpets laid down for her! Diva treatment - always. A lovely friendly place and always a biscuit or three and cuddles ..again only for the dog!
