Fantastic pharmacy, brilliant pharmacists, friendly team. My family & I have been going to Shivakem for decades. They are a big part of keeping my Mum going - she has various serious health challenges. They are so knowledgeable.
Really friendly and helpful pharmacy. We used the Pharmacy First service yesterday after having trouble trying to get a doctor's appointment, and received an excellent service that quickly diagnosed the issue and dispensed medication to deal with it. Would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent pharmacy run very smoothly by an excellent team of highly knowledgeable and professional individuals. Saved me from waiting over 8 hours at Northwickpark hospital A&E with a foster child. Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E. Shivakem a highly commendable family run business- run by very respectful, efficient and professional individuals!!!
My family and I have been using Shivakem for over 27 years the service and attentive detail and advice received has been exceptional throughout the years. During this time we relocated from the area, however we still choose to use their services as there are no other pharmacies that match their service. Excellent friendly professional service that go the extra mile to help all patients. You go there worried and anxious and leave feeling at ease as the pharmacists and team take the time to talk and explain everything to reassure you.
I have been coming here for the past 20+ years and they have always been extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this pharmacy as the best in the area.
