“This is a very Nice little chemist located on North road in Islington , been going there a while now to get my smoking patches. There is a security Guard (I’m not sure if his an Actual payed employee of the Pharmacy) But he keeps a good watch on the pharmacy from the balcony directly about the chemist so you really do feel reassured and safe when picking up your medications. Also the staff make you feel extremely welcome, when entering and leaving the premises they greet you by saying ‘Alright mate’ , ‘how our you Mate’ , take care mate. I always leave the pharmacy feeling very happy with a big smile on my face knowing I’m there Mate. Happy new year”

“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. I call and check that my prescription is ready before arriving so that I do not have to wait. My repeat is ready in 3 working days. A special shout to Tariq and all the other staff. The staff are so knowledgable and really do go the extra mile, they always remind me to check Pets Club vouchers etc and have even saved me a few times when I almost accidentally bought adult dog food instead of puppy food. I haven’t tried the grooming service however so can’t comment on it.”

Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset.
