Have now switched to an online pharmacy after my experience trying to pick up my prescription from here. Staff are really unhelpful and incompetent and straight up judgemental. Not somewhere I want to visit again.
We are very pleased with the service at the pharmacy....medicines, vaccinations, advice and a very good stock of items to support us. Since Boots left and they are alone supporting 7000 or more people they have really stepped up. Additionally, a recent referral to them from the surgery resulted in a face to face session and good advice which solved the problem.
I called the pharmacy for help with a client regarding urgent emergency medication. A request was submitted to the GP and medication was available to collect a few hours later. Very professional, efficient and friendly staff. Not all pharmacies are able to action so quickly, and this allowed us to help and support our client.
It’s interesting that another customer feels exactly as my wife and I have also commented. All the shops in the village are chirpy and cheerful, but when you go into this place, it’s very morbid. They do need to work on their sunshine skills
