   Exceptional travel clinic - professional, efficient and genuinely caring Wallis Jones Pharmacy & Travel Clinic has set a new standard for what travel healthcare should be. Every visit feels organised, reassuring and extremely thorough - from booking to consultation to after-care. Their team is knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in making sure you travel confidently and safely. A special mention to Janvi, who has supported me through several international trips - most recently to Kenya, and previously to India and Thailand. Her attention to detail, her ability to explain everything clearly, and her warm, friendly approach make the whole process incredibly comfortable. She remembers your travel history, personal reactions and preferences, which creates a sense of complete trust. That said, credit also goes to the entire Wallis Jones team. Every staff member I have interacted with has been professional, courteous and efficient. The level of teamwork is clear - from smooth coordination at reception to the knowledgeable pharmacists who make sure nothing is overlooked. You always feel like you’re being looked after by people who genuinely care about your wellbeing. If you’re preparing for a trip - whether it’s business or leisure - I cannot recommend Wallis Jones Pharmacy & Travel Clinic highly enough. You are in excellent hands with this team.    I have always found Wallace Jones Pharmacy a first class business, the level of service is excellent and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I have my vaccinations regularly and have also taken advantage of the Micro Suction eye treatment for removing ear wax. Wallace Jones Pharmacy is a very valuable local service.

   DO NOT USE their travel services. I was completed ripped off and was sold completely unnecessary travel vaccine costing £90! I repeatedly emphasised that I would only be travelling for 4 days in the capital city and would spend almost the entire time in the hotel for a conference. They insisted that I needed Cholera vaccine. I regretted that I only googled after I got home and the government website says “ cholera vaccination is not recommended for most travellers“. I called, questioned their advice, request them to cancel and refund the second dose which I also had paid for but haven’t been given. They utterly refused and insisted they did nothing wrong. As many had said in their reviews, your local pharmacy shouldn’t be like this. I feel so sad about the society we are living in now, can’t even put trust in your community pharmacists. :((

   I had to order a diabetic drug that wasn’t covered by the NHS and with all my other pharmacy requests I used Wallis Jones. To my surprise the cost of this drug was really expensive, but as my “trusted” pharmacy I went with what they suggested, cost wise. However, the curious side of me looked into the cost of this drug and what other local pharmacies were charging. To my surprise and disappointment, they were charging nearly double what you can get it for pretty much anywhere else. I did call them to address it with them directly , which I thought was the correct and fair thing to do. I spoke to the owner, but unfortunately he told me that if I wasn’t happy with their service or the price they gave me then I could go somewhere else in future. Major disappointment! I have used Wallis Jones for years and always rated their service really highly. In particular, during a fairly recent diagnosis of cancer and all the drugs that go with it, I only used Wallis Jones. So to be charged (ripped off) by my local pharmacy leaves a bitter taste and something I cannot forget and as such and with regret, I will no longer use Wallis Jones as my local pharmacy. Shame on you Wallis Jones! I will be sure to spend the word amongst all of the school families within Hinchley Wood. If only there was an option for a no star review.

   My household all get their prescriptions here and ours are always on time and have everything. Sogol is fantastic and such a friendly person to have as soon as you walk in, and she actually listens to you and engages in conversation as she'll ask about something you mentioned next time you see her, which makes you feel like she really cares and actual wants to help you out. The usual pharmacist here is super helpful too, especially when I am sure we've asked a hundred questions!

   Friendly and helpful staff, and that’s why I kept coming back and thought it’s nice to support the local pharmacy even though some things are a bit more pricy than online shops. But now I started thinking about moving to the online pharmacy as I think their stock management is not really good at all. I had quite a few experiences before like they didn’t have specific items on my prescription and they didn’t come for a long time even though they said they placed an order to the whole seller. Ok, maybe it’s Covid. This time they didn’t have one item again for my son and told me they would definitely get it by noon on the following day, but they didn’t have it and blamed their whole seller. Sadly we need that item today as my son is going abroad from tomorrow morning. I wish their stock management was a bit better. P.s. My son has just come back from the chemist with the missing items at hand! Apparently they had the item but they couldn’t find it… Not sure if it’s a good sign or not…

   Steph, who was doing covid vaccines was fabulous! I have a real fear of needles, and she was super quick, and made me feel relaxed. Was fantastic with my younger daughters to. Will be going back for boosters with Steph again
