Very unprofessional staff. Whenever my appointment was coming they were calling me on a day of it (sometimes 10 minutes before) telling me that they donβt have enough people and I have to rebook. I live about 1h away so that was a big problem for me as I was literally down the road when they called me last time. Spoke with the owner about it and he was very rude towards me. Came in person few days ago and saw dogs in daycare unsupervised with only one groomer in different part of the building. After few minutes an old lady came in saying sheβs the mother of the owner and that there is nothing to worry about and I should manage my time better than coming all the way knowing my appointment got cancelled. I felt really unwelcome as Iβve done something bad. Someone needs to look it up and check safety. Now I know that I would never leave my dog in this place EVER so I recommend to everyone stay out of there

My cockapoo came in for his first groom here. The staff were really attentive and friendly making sure he had an enjoyable experience.

I was really hopeful that Furzypaws could become our regular groomer but unfortunately due to the experience we had that won't be the case. Firstly organisation and communication was a big issue. I booked my groom for my dog about 5 weeks in advance. They then called 2 weeks before saying they had to move his slot. Not ideal, but this alone would have been okay. On the day of my partner dropped the dog off and I was due to pick him up two hours later. When I arrived, they told me they were running 45 minutes late, with very little apology. Why they didn't call and let me know, or tell my partner when he dropped off I do not know! The next issue was poor groom quality. So the reason I have given 2 stars is because actually he did look good when he first came out, they had given him a good shape over most of his body. BUT when we got home and later in the evening it became clear they had cut/grazed him with the clippers around his rear end. He was really uncomfortable and distressed, going into the following day as well. The grazes were really red and looked sore. It was not fun at all for him to go through. The final issue was lack of apology. When I called up to enquire if any notes were left about potential injury they seemed confused and didn't really apologise. It would have been great to have some acknowledgement that this wasn't their normal standards.

Very difficult to make an appointment. The booking website is a joke showing all dates and times available so itβs impossible to make a confirmed appointment on line you are advised that your selected time and date is simply a request. As for the phone, tried recently no reply and no voice mail. If your lucky to get an appointment they appear to do an adequate grooming job, if only dogs could talk

This is my local dog grooming parlour. My recent visit was to try and get my terrier's teeth ultrasonically cleaned because I find it really tricky to brush her teeth at home. They're always friendly and smiley here and they have a small seating area where you can wait and have a coffee/drink while your pet is being pampered. On this occasion, the groomer who is the expert at ultrasonic cleaning explained that she managed to clean half of my dog's teeth. She decided to finish the session early as she could tell that my dog was becoming agitated and didn't want to frighten her or put her off future grooms/treatments. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.

We couldn't believe our luck when Furzy Paws opened at the top of our road, and were keen to see if they took as good care of our border terrier as the groomer in Wimbledon. We needn't have worried; the staff were very friendly, James the proprietor was very welcoming and professional and, most importantly, our Maisie was super excited. After two full hours of hand stripping, primping and clipping, she looked completely lovely, we were delighted. The only problem is that Maisie now refuses to walk past without trying to go inside the shop, even at 10pm when it's clearly shut! She clearly enjoyed her experience. Great value, great staff, perfect location, we'll definitely be using again.

Visited Furzy Paws with my Labrador Oscar on Friday, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and Oscar came out looking great. Unlike some other dog salons weβve been to, this place has a really friendly and relaxed vibe. Such a great addition to the area - me and Oscar will certainly be returning!

A friend recommended these guys to me a couple of weeks ago and having a Chow Chow I wanted to ensure I used a high quality grooming service. After a very smooth over the online booking process, we arrived today to a calm and friendly atmosphere to which 'Bear' was extremely welcomed. I left Furzy Paws and once Bear was finished I got a call to come back to collect a completely different dog. Cleaned, groomed, and beautifully styled I couldn't be happier in the service, and overall standard of the job. Thank you. I will most definitely be recommending them to anyone I know local to SW London area.
