   Posh Pets is such a welcoming place, and they always take great care of my dog during grooming. The staff are warm, gentle, and treat the pets as if they were their own. My pup always comes out looking neat, happy, and wagging his tail. highly recommend!

   Hello, on Wednesday, July 30th-2025 at 9:00 we had an appointment for a haircut and bath for our dog Tracy.I want to note that we have been taking our dog to them for 4 years and we have never had a problem with people, bathing, grooming, or anything with our dog.The Wednesday in question when we went to let my wife and I let Tracy our child get a haircut and a bath We dropped Tracy off and two hours later they called us to come pick up our dog.When we saw our dog we were shocked The dog was all wet, it wasn't dried, it wasn't trimmed, its ears were dirty.I asked the lady in question who was yelling at me and raising her voice, the one who bathes the dogs Why does my child look like this and she screamed at me again and shouted at me raising her voice again that my dog is undisciplined that my dog doesn't listen that my dog is bad And that's why it looks like this First let me say My dog is Chow Chow My dog is disciplined, he is three and a half years old, we have never had any problems with him, he has always listened, we have been going to them for many years to bathe him and get his haircut, but the staff has always been excellent, positive, kind, the previous one who bathed them, the previous lady was very kind, very nice. We have never had any problems with them for three or four years, with this thing, even we are shocked. My dog is not badly behaved, he is good They charged me 60 pounds for a wet dog not under dried Not trimmed and not cleaned and nails and nothing was done to my dog for two hours they charged me 60 pounds Don't get me wrong, I'm not for those 60 pounds. But because they're making fun of my dog, who's my child, and making fun of us, Then I wanted to talk to the manager and the boss face to face, she said okay, and the other employee said because she's not here, I can talk to her tomorrow, I said okay.That same day I called again because I was very angry, I was not myself about what happened to the dog and to me because this is unacceptable, I wanted to speak to a manager immediately, to the boss The woman at the reception desk herself said a lot because she wasn't at work today and would come tomorrow and would call me right away the next day like she would call me at 9:00. So I didn't get any call I waited until 14:00 in the afternoon no one called me and I called back again and asked again what happened I wanted to talk and explained the situation and she said she's not here yet.Again, I explain because I need to talk to her, I want to clarify this issue and this situation with our dog. She told me, "Well, I'm sorry, sir, when you get to work, I'll call you. I never received a call from anyone, not from the boss, not from the manager, not from anyone, they were hiding, they didn't stop hiding, they wouldn't pick up my phone and they lied to me, all kinds of lies, and they were hiding because of this.My dog's situation and incident I just want to add something to note because my dog is very calm, very gentle and I repeat, we have never had any problems anywhere, anywhere.If we had been Then when we picked up the dog from the groomer when these unpleasant things happen and when we saw our dog looking like this we noticed because one of his hind legs, one leg on the right side, was limping.Our dog has never had any problems with his legs, he has never limped.Draw your own conclusions about them.And most of all, please beware of them, do not take your dogs to them so that your dog does not suffer like my dog - Posh Pets N22 5DJ.

   Our little boy Biko (14 weeks) looks so handsome after his groom - his 1st! Posh Pets were very friendly, accommodating, and professional without dropping the personal touch. They advised on what's best for Biko, and when we came to pick him up, he was very happy. Highly recommend them :)

   Staff is exceptionally helpful,even called when they had cancellations, to ask if I wanted a sooner appointment. Well stocked with dog food brands and flavours, ,which I don't seem to find locally. Never seem to have issues with cutting my challenging Yorkie's nails. They kept their grooming prices affordable and have not raised them to ridiculous heights. Of course I am happy with his hair cut too, wouldn't travel 50 minutes otherwise,as I have places very close by.

   What an absolute pleasure it was to meet this lovely team on Saturday. They squeezed me in at the very last minute to clip my cats nails and gave me some very useful grooming tips for my cats. The team are ao friendly, welcoming, reassuring and knowledgeable. It is a pity they don't do cat fur grooming, but while I was there, I saw lots of happy dogs and owners coming and going. All of the dogs looked well pampered and very very happy to have been there. I would recommend them to anybody and will be booking my other cat in for nail clipping soon. Aside from the completely amazing service, the prices are incredibly reasonable and they also have a great selection of pet products for sale in the store whi h are also reasonably priced. I cannot thank them enough for accommodating me at such short notice, and how great they were with my cat

   What a fantastic dog grooming service posh pets offers. I would highly recommend! I brought my 10 month old rescue shihpoo for a hair cut, and she was terribly anxious/nervous. Not only was the situation understood and handled with care, my doggo was clearly in good hands - when I returned she was calm happy and looked absolutely gorgeous! I cannot thank the owner enough. You have a customer for life indeed!
