Absolutely wonderful, left our two cats Nala and rose in August for 9 days. Came home as if they hadn’t even been away. Lovely people running the cattery :) Already booked in for June 2026.

I went to view the cattery and was made very welcome by Pam and Dave. I was very impressed by how happy and relaxed the cats were. The standard of care and affection for the cats immediately obvious. Pam knew each cat as an individual. I would certainly recommend Merrycats Hotel.

Excellent place to leave your loved pet. I was hesitant about leaving my cat Chester, I looked at other catteries and Merry Cats was by far the best choice clean, bright, really good feel about it and the owners were lovely. After a two week stay Chester came home having been very well looked after happy, chilled and as though he had not been away. I would thoroughly recommend to any cat owners. Thank you
Our elderly cat loves her stays at Merrycats, the owners really care for their guests and nothing is too much trouble to make visiting cats feel comfortable and at home. Everything is spotlessly clean and special diets are no problem. The pens are light and airy, with an assortment of toys provided and lots of love and attention. Each pen has a heat lamp so they are nice and cosy. Thank you very much for looking after her for us!
