From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. “I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn in Barking. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared – exactly what you’d hope for to start the day right. A special mention to the waiters, Sain and Aaliyah, who gave excellent service throughout. They were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served perfectly. Their professionalism and friendliness really added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, with great attention to detail in both serving and clearing tables, which created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. “Just your standard travel lodge. Great room at a very good price. Can’t complain. Only about a 5 minute walk to barking tube station and directly under the Travelodge is a Tesco express so it’s a great location. We stayed here as we went to the 02 arena for a concrete and is about 20 minute tube journey about which is very convenient . We will definitely look to stay here again when going to the o2”

“The staff was very appropriate and kind while the place couldn't get any cleaner! The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.”
