The worst pharmacy ever.My GP advised me to do 24hr blood pressure and referred me to this pharmacy.so I booked for 9.30am and when I reached and waited for 20min one of the pharmacists came and sorry we don’t have the battery available for the machine. So I said and booked another pharmacy for the checked .But when I went to my GP my Doctor said why I didn’t attended the blood pressure check. The lady who said that she don’t have battery for the machine mentioned in her report that I never attended the pharmacy .She is such a big lair her name Amandeep Asian lady in her 50s.I can’t believe she lied at this age she is such a good lier.I have made a complain to the to the GPHC.For further information that’s the place to complain about the pharmacist if you ever get this kind of situations.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS I WOULD. Never known an establishment to lack accountability quite like this one. The old team and pharmacist was much better but the female pharmacist has severe attitude reflective of her young age. The only good thing is the delivery driver he is so friendly and helpful. However whenever he has to take time off (which he should rightly do so) they have no back up driver or alternative so all the people who rely on deliveries are told to rely on family or friends assuming everyone has such options. They also don’t do redeliveries apparently housebound patients become able bodied just because they miss a delivery. They really need to sort it out such a shame to see what once was an efficient pharmacy with customer service at the forefront go down the drain completely. No matter how much advance notice they get they’re incapable of placing orders on time and putting their patient/customers first. Highly unprofessional and needs a change of hand or to be closed completely.

This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in London. Incompetent pharmacist with attitude issues. Without looking at prescription properly she decides medication not in stock. Over the years I have seen so many changes of staff, no one stays here for more than a few months. This pharmacy should be closed and at least it would make it easier for the local residents to park their cars because the pharmacy staff park their cars all over the area.

Awful service. Writing on behalf of my mother who needs thyroid medication and patches. In July I had to step in as she was told she was a drama queen when she asked when her medication would be available as she had received a text saying it was ready. She was told they would let her know. The lady at the till then proceeded to speak in foul to her in Punjabi when my mother can fully speak English. She was also told that if she proceeded to cause issues by asking when her medication would be due they would take her name off the list and put it back through her GP. My mother was in tears as her medication is necessary. Today the same issue happened, she received a text saying her medication was available. She was told it was not and that the person at the till couldn't very well go and get the driver themselves here and now. Again, she was causing issues so her name would go back to her GP to go to a different pharmacist. She was then told it would be ready for after 5pm. When she tried to call the pharmacy's number, the call would not go through. She used my phone and it did. They have blocked her phone! Abysmal. The manager will just state that these are random people who need training - untrue, they are just people who are not serving the community correctly and I worry there is prejudice. My mother does not wish to take this further as she worries that she will not receive her medication, ridiculous, no-one gets to be treated like this. I certainly would not stand for it!

Great staff. The best Pharmacist that I have ever come across! Always a joy to pop in as I know what I will meet with. Service excellence all round!!!

Pharmacist is always helpful. Staff are brilliant . i never had to wait long to be served but occasionally scripts are not there when i expect it to be. However they always manage to resolve the issue if there is one. Given four stars not because of service but because the pharmacy could have more products on the shelf when you walk in.

They’re ok for being my nearest pharmacy but their service could be better and nicer. The shop layout is pretty good I’ll say but they haven’t had everything that I needed from Pharmacy.

Very helpful and friendly staff, been using them for years and can see the pharmacist most of the time when unable to see the doctor. Overall I recommend them.

Bloody terrible service states on a Thursday close at 19.00 even on a Thursday before good Friday. Got there 18.40 to be told not closing at 19.00. Woman and the pharmacist did not care about my partner who needed antibiotics desperately after having spent 5 hours in whippy cross hospital A&E. Not happy about this at all .. Yeah and a happy easter to this inconsiderate people. We all work long hours and wanna go home. But you just don't leave people like that especially when I relying on a service from people. Will not ever use this bloody useless pharmacy again. Disgrace should feel ashamed of yourself some.
