   I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would especially like to thank the receptionist Ana for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she gave me the warmest welcome, with a genuine smile and professional attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly helpful with check-in, quick to answer all my questions, and even took the time to recommend local places to visit.

   I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff, both at the reception and in the cleaning service, were wonderful—very kind, warm, and always helpful. They were truly the best part of my stay. The rooms are fine and comfortable overall. However, one issue I noticed is with the doors: they don’t close softly and tend to slam, which can be disturbing, especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. At breakfast, it would be nice to have more raw vegetables available to make the selection more balanced. As requested by Jeeva

   This hotel is just lovely. The service was fantastic and the staff super friendly. Location? Not so great next to a very busy road. However...the rooms are 100% sound proof. We didn't hear a squeak or a peep. Very comfy beds and a lovely brekkie. Long may they live!

   Thought I'd gone to the Budget Ibis by mistake. To be fair though, room was clean and quiet. Restaurant is poor. Go next door to the premier Inn. When I did try ready in the restaurant, it had been booked by a bunch of teenagers. Had to move table. Wouldn't helped if "reserved" sign had been on table. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Ok for business.
