“Amazing experience. Spent a night in this hotel with my partner and the room was perfect. A beautiful and homey little room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube. I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately. They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind. They are amazing people and this hotel is great! Thanks to the staff for providing this experience for myself and my fiance ❤”

“My cat was neutered here and it went smoothly. My cat was also vaccinated as a kitten and we come yearly to do his annual vaccination. I was able to get an appointment for my cat very quickly.”

We could not be happier with Emily, she is punctual and takes fantastic care of Maisy and Ollie.They absolutely love her. She sent us comprehensive daily updates when we were away, which gave us complete peace of mind. It’s clear she absolutely loves the dogs in her care.”
