   Worst service. I went there to buy a plaster for injury and showed them the picture but they give me the wrong one and next day i went to change them they said its my fault, i am the one who has made mistake. Yes i agree with them it's my fault that i went to that pharmacy.

   Asked for advice and the woman who served me barely looked at me, was blunt, unhelpful and charged me £10 for eyedrops I’m sure I could find cheaper elsewhere. If I wasn’t desperate I would’ve walked out. Worst customer service I’ve received. The woman who served me was also very rude and abrupt to her young colleague who was dealing with prescriptions at the time. This was very uncomfortable to watch. I guess she has some sort of personal issue she has to deal with. Perhaps offer her some customer service and personal skills training? I won’t describe the horrible woman on a review but if Daynight are interested in finding out who their rude employee was at the till, I was in store on 05/07/25 19:05ish.

   This is a nightmare! We came to collect anti-biotics from here, was so excited to get the medicine just to hear that there is a glitch with the dentist communication and this pharmacy’s communication so they do not communicate well with each other causing issues. This is something to not happen at this rate. Never coming here again!

   Pal went above and beyond to help me and kept his store open until I arrived. His female co-worker was also very pleasant and helpful. They had the antibiotics I required after trying 4 other pharmacies with shortages of antibiotics. Would highly recommend.

   Open until very late which was really helpful. I was flying out the following morning and realised I didn’t have enough medication. Called 111, the Pharmacy got in touch and accessed my records to be able to prescribe my medication instantly so that I had enough meds whilst I was away! Brilliant! Only thing is no driving access, so you have to park your car a little further away and walk through the town centre which isn’t always lit up and can be slightly scary.

   I called regarding my sons eye drops having brown residue inside. (My 9 week old son had an eye surgery a few weeks ago and urgently needed these drops). When I called the pharmacy regarding this issue, the pharmacist was extremely rude. He said to me and I quote, “don’t make sweeping statements” how rude and unprofessional!! No empathy at all. Before this comment I was not rude at all. I could say otherwise after he made this comment. What so called pharmacist makes comments like that to his customers. I do not recommended this pharmacy. Oh it gets better. He deleted my review haha. And when I called to make a formal complaint to the super intendant he refused to give me any details but told me to write an email (which he will see and move it to junk). I will take this issue further. I don’t believe that anyone especially someone who has studied for years to become where they are (a pharmacist) and speak to people in that manner, to a new mum of a baby who needed surgery. Completely unacceptable and they will not get away with it.

   The best thing about this place is that they are open 7 days and on most days from 8am to 12 midnight. The staff here are very friendly and seem well trained and knowlegable. This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or nominate a pharmacy to get your medicines from. The only thing is that the location is not of the best.
