   Really welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice comfortable setting. Staff dressed up for Christmas and gave treats to the kids. Such a lovely idea. Sian and Aliuha were excellent

   Our trip was mixed feelings. We felt very secure with the idea that you needed a keycard to get from the lobby to the lift and rooms. We had three lovely staff members who assisted us without hesitation, quick and speedy service and provided us with our selected needs. They were Odden, Liam and Reece. Odden helped us during the night, Liam was absolutely stunning with good vibes and great service, and Reece helped us during our food troubles and left everything on the house! Despite this, we had problems when it came to noisy neighbours who started from 11PM to 1AM, despite Odden doing hall checks AND politely asking them to keep the noise down. Odden did what he could do but thicker walls would be very helpful! Another thing with that, we ordered food (2 pizzas, one katsu curry). The sauce wasn’t thick enough, and our margarita pizzas cheese tasted off..almost expired. We left it, and Reece let the bill go and didn’t make us pay due to their food! Furthermore, during breakfast, no butter and pancakes were rock hard. Another thing- tea! We have tea every morning, and we have never tasted such atrocious tea in our lives! Milky, sugar never did a thing and it was terrible. On the whole, good experience to know what we have next when we come back!

   We booked breakfast for Saturday morning, on Friday evening. Sounds ok, right? Not in some Premier Inns. But Sian was a superstar. She was happy to fit us into their restaurant booking, despite us being walk-in customers, rather than room guests. She looked after us brilliantly and gave great customer service. Would defo visit again for breakfast.

   When you stay somewhere and the staff can't do enough for you! Shouldn't have stayed here but it was easier for the following morning. I must give a special mention to the guys in the restaurant, (Sian and Grace) you were both fantastic, as were the rest of the staff. Good luck with your courses I'm sure you'll smash them! Definitely stay again, sometimes you always find a diamond in the rough!

   I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn in Barking. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared – exactly what you’d hope for to start the day right. A special mention to the waiters, Sain and Aaliyah, who gave excellent service throughout. They were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served perfectly. Their professionalism and friendliness really added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, with great attention to detail in both serving and clearing tables, which created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for such a great breakfast experience – I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Bar closed at ten. Without notice. Very expensive too. Parking should be free for paying customers. Too far from main shopping and bars. Carpark bins overflowing. Rooms are clean beds comfortable. Cleaning staff pleasant. Not enough on tea tray had to keep going for more. Just 3 tea bags and coffee no biscuits. When traveling a long way and find bar shut and no biscuits to go with tea. Disapointed

   Location was convenient to get in and out of central London. Poor customer service at reception. When we requested if both our family rooms can be on the same floor, were told that they can't do it as they had no cleaners!

   Despite where the hotel is located (near a motorway), it isn't noisy. The rooms are clean and modern and value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly. The reception area can be a bit chaotic but staff are still polite.

   The staff here could not have been nicer or more supportive. Going above and beyond, helpful and friendly, cheap and convenient car parking. Out of the way so quiet given the London location. Will definitely return.

   Arrived at night. Hotel next door very well lit .this place nearly missed it no sign lit up.car Park poorly lit. Restraint continental breakfast only. Fair time to check in while actually at the desk poor selection of spirits and wines .the actual accommodation room. Good. Clean. Comfortable bed .
