“We came for the Christmas doggy afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Each dog had their own tower of homemade goodies and even a toy each. The offerings for the humans was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was delightful. Definitely recommend”

“I met Louisa, when she was using a shed in her parents garden. She had just qualified, I found her when I met her mother dog walking and said how beautiful her standard poodle cut was. I asked if she could do my Bedlington terrier, as I wasn't happy with the cuts given by other groomers in the area. Over 30 years she has groomed my 5 Bedlingtons, I have just lost my 17 year old. I like to think I helped her love of Bedlingtons and her achievements in their grooming. Louisa is excellent with all breeds and I recommend her highly.”

From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. “Great spacious room, deeply clean, extremely quiet (only 4 rooms), definitely efficient double glazed windows. Hot shower, comfy bed and all new from carpet to linen and towels. The owner ROB and one of the cleaner went the super extra mile to look for my lost AirPods. They even looked in the laundry rooms and he was even willing to look in the big communal bins. It took a lot for us to be able to trust in anyone to look after Ernie due to his excessive barking, however, nothing was an issue! From the moment he met Pauline we knew he would be so loved and looked after. He now goes on his weekly day care ventures and we get sent lots of photos and updates which is such a special added touch. “Excellent facilities for the price. I have paid a lot more for a lot less in other guests houses. Good t.v. good shower comfortable bed; 500ml of fresh milk given on arrival and a decent size fridge to keep it in and a selection of breakfast cereals in the room. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
