I stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a trip. Its a good hotel if you need a quick place to stay. It is easily accessible from the motor way. The room was clean and well fitted. The showerhead was slightly damaged, which made it so it couldn't even hold itself upright. But that was only the case in my room im sure. The bed's matrass was not pleasant to sleep on at all, it felt like a block of concrete. We had also noticed that someone had smoked weed in the hallway with the window open. That open window did little, as the entire hallway smelled like it. Why this hotel doesnt take any preventive actions against that is beyond me. The breakfast of this hotel was...laughable. a package containing a pain au chocolat, a flapjack, a milk carton and some cereal is not exactly my idea of a good breakfast.

I simply had to write this review immediately after checking out of the Travelodge Gravesend—it was, without a doubt, one of the most delightful and comfortable hotel stays I have ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by the outstanding quality and pristine cleanliness. Everything felt fresh, modern, and brilliantly maintained. But the true star of the show was the incredibly comfy king-size bed. It was pure heaven! I slept like a baby, and honestly, I was sad to leave it. Coupled with the excellent room, the little luxuries made all the difference. After a long day, being able to unwind with a crystal-clear TV showing Match of the Day was the perfect end to the evening. The TV and signal quality were superb. The location is absolutely ideal. It offers such convenience, and the proximity to the nearby Toby Carvery is a massive bonus! Nothing beats waking up refreshed and knowing a delicious roast is just a stone's throw away—it made dinner and breakfast planning effortless. The staff were wonderful and efficient, and the entire experience was faultless. If you are staying in the Gravesend area, do yourself a huge favour and book here. This Travelodge is truly operating at a five-star level. 10/10—I will absolutely be back!

Been to this hotel before for family function, party wedding. Nice location just off the A2. Easy to find and quiet in the evening. Toby Carvery around the corner for those who want food and drink. Nice hotel staff, and a great budget hotel.

I stayed here to visit Family, conveniently located near to Shops & A2. The room was fine for Me as a single traveller, clean & comfortable. Internet is chargeable, I don't mind paying but I could not connect to pay. The very helpful receptionist,Denise sorted it for Me with no more issues, thank you very much Denise, it was much appreciated. Overall a great place to lay your head & have a spruce up. I'll definitely stay again.

Nice place, clean, quiet and air conditioned throughout. Conveniently located across the car park to a Toby if you need a quick roast. Free parking too which is becoming rare, overall top marks.

Booked here as I needed time away from the busyness of London to refocus, write and think. The hotel was quiet. I was on 1st floor above the entrance which I was a bit annoyed about when I realized that but it was surprisingly still quiet anyway. I liked that it had Lidl, Morrison's, favourites, Gregg's and subway within a 5 minute walk. Same as a bus stop to Bluewater. It also had a park and some green space nearby. I'm a walker and I walked to Gravesend town center and the riverside. Was a nice walk, past a park and a few restaurants. It took 30mins. Negative points - reception. I didn't need to buy wifi as I have unlimited data but there was hardly any reception so some things I was trying to do ended up taking longer than it should. - Some kind of alarm went off on my second night around 6am which was really annoying, but I guess that's not their fault. An apology or explanation would have been nice though. I didn't know if it had to evacuate or not. - They don't have flannels. I asked a worker for one and she said there were only hand towels and bath towels. Never had to bring my own to Travelodge before. - The remote control didn't fully work, so it was stuck at one volume. I changed the batteries and it still didn't work. - At 12:02pm as I was putting on my shoes the receptionist came knocking on my door saying I needed to leave. (checkout is 12pm) I found that so weird as I've never been kicked out of Travelodge before. I used the bathroom before my 3 hour journey back home and as I left the room at 12:06 the receptionist was walking towards my door again. There's usually at least a 10 min grace. But not here obviously. Fair enough, the housekeeper probably just wanted to go home as I could hear her talking outside my room. Overall I got what I needed to from my time here. I wouldn't tell people not to come here as I had a great sleep the first night and the location is great! Also if you love Toby Carvery the hotel is just opposite one. Room was spacious, quiet, mostly clean (dust in corners of carpets) the Aircon/heater worked really well but everytime someone flushed the toilet it seems I could hear the pipes.

Travelodge is by far one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at! As a new resident in the area, at a critical time when I was busy searching for a property to rent in the Gravesend area, I found myself needing a hotel to stay for an extended period of time. When I checked in at the Travelodge Gravesend reception, I was received warmly, checked in swiftly, and the staff offered to assist me with important information I needed about local amenities like restaurants and transport routes. I found their rooms to be neat, organized, spacious, and quite modern. Also, this property is centrally located you will never feel bored! I was able to stay longer with my family, and we never lacked a thing! Coffee and tea items, towels, iron, and cleaning were all provided whenever we needed them. The staff at this Hotel are really nice, friendly and professional! They treated myself and my family with respect, always had a smile, and were always willing to give a helping hand whenever we needed anything! Thank you all so much for keeping me and my family safe and happy. Special thanks to KAREN; much appreciated! You made our stay at Travelodge feel like home. Because of wonderful people like you, I will continue to chose Travelodge wherever I visit in the UK!
