“Great spacious room, deeply clean, extremely quiet (only 4 rooms), definitely efficient double glazed windows. Hot shower, comfy bed and all new from carpet to linen and towels. The owner ROB and one of the cleaner went the super extra mile to look for my lost AirPods. They even looked in the laundry rooms and he was even willing to look in the big communal bins. What a legend!!!! Thx again x Lovely also the friendly lady (maybe an other owner) who checkout us out even if passed the time, as late. There are property meeting down the pub for Samuel Leeds inner circle. Definitely, this place will be always on our list for the guests or speakers.”

“For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.”

“Nice place, clean, quiet and air conditioned throughout. Conveniently located across the car park to a Toby if you need a quick roast. Free parking too which is becoming rare, overall top marks.”

“Great hotel for stop over if traveling to ferries Eurostar. Always good for great staff and although yes it is old building so I don’t expect top notch rooms but they are kept spotless. Lots of free parking but remember to register when you arrive. They don’t do food or drink here but there is a bar next door that does and Nell’s cafe up road for amazing American themed breakfast”

“We visited the Granby Hotel last night (04.12.21) for a meal. After parking in the Granby’s dedicated parking to the rear, we proceeded to the dinning room and was greeted by the front of house. After being taken to our table we were serviced by very friendly staff. The ambiance in the room is very tranquil. We had starters, main course and desserts. Each course was truly a 10/10. The chef is truly amazing! We will be returning!”

“A lovely team greeted us at the Clarendon, we only stayed for one night. But will be back to use a hub to visit the surrounding areas. The rooms were fine and decent, one of the strongest showers too. They have a bar here, which is brilliant priced. A car park and garden area by the river were also a nice point.”

“We came for the Christmas doggy afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Each dog had their own tower of homemade goodies and even a toy each. The offerings for the humans was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was delightful. Definitely recommend”

“I would like to say a big thank you to cared about my love. He spent there 2 weeks. I really missed him on my holiday but Donna sent me a picture every 3 days and let me know how is he. I saw on the picture he's really enjoy the time with you. 100% recommend for everyone. She is reliable, friendly, she loves animal . Everything is clean and nice there. If I will going for holiday next time defenetly he will stay here again.”

“I can not praise this Estate agents enough. We were with another estate agent when we first tried to buy our house and they were terrible. Then after our buyer pulled out we went with Town & City. Deep promised he would sell our house quickly and that's exactly what he did. If it hadn't been for Deep we would have pulled out. “Matt has been brilliant for our Tez! Ruffles has had our puppy regularly for the last 4 months and it has been amazing for his socialisation. Matts house is perfect for dogs with a safe garden and we received photos of our pup every time Matt had him for the day. Would always go back to Ruffles when dog sitting was required.”

“I’m very gratefull to the girls that worked so hard to look after my bambino amongst many other cats. Everything was organised well and the pens where tidy and clean at all times. I was kept up to date with how my bambino was which put my mind at ease. I would certainly use this cat boarding lodge again if I ever needed a safe place for my cat xx”

“Excellent facilities for the price. I have paid a lot more for a lot less in other guests houses. Good t.v. good shower comfortable bed; 500ml of fresh milk given on arrival and a decent size fridge to keep it in and a selection of breakfast cereals in the room. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
