   Been here several times and Bette and her daughter are as lovely and friendly as always..They make you feel like home.. At what time you like your breakfast?? Be there on time not to late.. When the covid is over we sure come back..

   Terrible attitude to renting a room to stay long term, on the phone I offered her £600 per month to rent a double room long term with out breakfast & being waited on as long as I can cook my own meals & she agreed, I turn up then she tells me there is no bed in the room & to buy my own, then she tells me I'm not aloud in the room in the daytime at all (using the electric & water) This is not the way to run a business & I'm glad I'm not handing over my hard earned cash because she old lady doesn't deserve it with that attitude. The interior looks rundown & in desperate need of a make over, god knows how old the beds & mattresses are, that is if she provides one in the first place & the outside needs repainting as it's nearly back to bare timber on the windows rotting away etc. Avoid & don't waste your time booking this hole.

   Stopped here a few times while working away - Betty is an absolute diamond - happy to help and always smiling and up for a chat - would highly recommend a stay at Sunnyside
