My family stayed here for a few nights when visiting locally. I visited them and left my car whilst they took our family out in their car. I got a parking fine for £70. Not impressed. It wasn't clearly signposted. Beware of parking charges!

Really great experience so far, was displaced from our accommodation due to works and Kate was super helpful and understanding. Genuinely made us feel at ease having to shift our whole accommodation so late in the evening! Great rooms and great hygiene!

This was a lovely hotel. Staff were great and hotel room perfect for a one night stay. I have to compliment the breakfast staff. Friendly, full English cooked to order and hot. The pastries fresh and tasty. Charlotte and Kelsa were lovely and attentive and made the morning really pleasant.

Premier Inns are always consistent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Complementary shower gel and hand soap, plus of course towels. Friendly staff, though not many around. Location wise, we missed it at first because the Beefeater chain pub that was at the front of the hotel until very recently had closed down and was boarded uplands barriered off! We thought the hotel was closed. The hotel is at the rear of the closed down pub. What it meant though was the hotel had to convert two ground floor rooms into a dining area and small kitchen. So meals were limited as was seating. It wasn't a problem for us, but if the hotel was full, they could not accommodate all guests. Breakfast though was very good with a great selection of freshly prepared hot foods and cereals etc. All hot drinks and juices were free and unlimited. Where told the closed down pub is to become a McDonald's. So if a drive through, might become an issue for the hotel...

We visited Gravesend for a cycling course at Cyclopark. Although the hotel is somewhat hidden behind a derelict or empty building, we received a warm welcome from Kate at reception upon arrival. Kate was highly professional, welcoming, and hospitable. She kindly offered a solution for storing our bike. The room was clean, recently refurbished, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, providing us with a quiet and restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and featured a powerful shower. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, which had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Tania took excellent care of us during our meal. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Had lunch at the Beefeater restaurant, not as residents. Food was good standard Beefeater fayre (burgers, lasagne, hot wings starters shared) very cold in the restaurant generally, appeared to be no heating on at all. Sadly the decor was rather tired and in need of refreshing. Staff were excellent, helpful and polite.

This hotel is suffering from serious roof leaks and has a major damp issue in the rooms. The room was not cleaned upon arrival and the toilet seat has excrement on. The tv remote in the room was sticky and the room was very dirty in general. There was only 1 staff member on site who did not have the equipment or time to rectify the issues as the hotel was fully booked but had only 1 staff member present. Would not use this hotel again.

We had a room change on our own request because we wanted a bath. Got put into one of the older rooms, which wasn't a problem. Quiet and a good night's sleep. Great customer service by Chloe on reception.

First time staying in this chain. Amazing bed, quiet, clean and comfortable. Fan in the room was a nice edition. Water pressure a bit low in the shower but was lovely otherwise. Friendly and welcoming staff, not a bad location. Little bit hard to access if not by car, due to not many transport links. But walk isn't too bad. Free internet was a nice touch, had no issues with it. Best hotel I have stayed in for a while. Will definitely come back.
