   Please avoid this agency. She is rude. She takes money for applications and loses original documents then refuses to deal with the situation. She avoids calls and is a fraud. Please dont send your elderly parents here because she takes advantage of them and takes money and then tries to imply they are losing their memory. The owner refuses to take calls or responsibility for anything. She said - I can do what i want and will not even try to deal with the situation now.

   Booked a flight had to cancel & was told I am due a refund, was told it would be issued within 8 weeks, 4 months later still waiting!! The owner will not take my calls!! Have spoken to the airline, the refund has not been applied for by Gravesend Travel apparently! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Bordering on theft. Disgusted at their behaviour, their lies, their greed.
