   We've been using Quality Pet Care for a few years, and they've taken wonderful care of our dog, Angel, on numerous occasions. Their service is incredibly convenient; they offer pick-up and drop-off, and their booking process is always seamless and accurate. What truly sets them apart, though, is their genuine love for dogs. They treat our Angel so well, and she always comes home happy after her stays with them. I can't recommend Quality Pet Care enough—thank you for the great service!

   I used Quality Pet Care for my boy Douglas during the Summer for a family holiday. I was nervous as it is the first time that I had used any sort of service to look after Douglas and had not been away from him for this length of time. My nerves were eased with good communication prior to the booking with Brett and during Douglas' stay. Douglas was well looked after by his carer and came home happy. I will definitely be using Quality Pet Care again!

   I have used Quality Pet Care on two occasions now and both times my Doberman has come back so happy and his usual playful self. I was quite nervous about his first stay as he can be quite timid with new people but Brett assured me he settled in really quickly, and I got photo updates to put my mind at ease while I was away. Will continue to use Quality Pet Care for all our holidays away, would recommend them to anyone, and a much nicer alternative to kennels.

   Benjie spent 25 days with QPC and we felt let down. I was worried he might be anxious. During our time away we were told he is doing fine, settled well. On the drop off Brett assured us again that everything went well except that a day ago he was bitten on the head. Benjie was returned to us dirty, depressed, gained weight, and bitten. 3 days later the wound got infected and Benjie was still shaken. When I contacted Brett I couldn’t believe his response- that our dog was aggressive, bit the caretaker, aggressive towards other dogs and the whole time we were kept in the dark! That is the biggest disappointment! We could have asked friends to visit him or take care of him for the rest of the stay, but we were never aware of his misery for the sake of our holiday, in Brett’s words. I can only hope that he wasn’t kept in a kennel during the whole time. In my understanding there is lack of communication and professionalism, especially with dogs who are prone to anxiety. To inform us of all issues they had over email after the service was completed sounds like excuses and negligence.

   Roxie has come back from her stay very happy and relaxed. She was away from us for 3 weeks which is the longest she has ever been without us. We loved seeing pics updates of her on her holidays having a blast. Will defo be using Quality Pet Care again and recommending to all our friends. Thanks again Emma and Jay x
