I brought Bear my Cockapoo for the first time to this groomers and have had the best experience! There are no words for how happy I am with the service, care and communication that both Bear and I have had. I will certainly be going back and won’t be going anywhere else. They are more than brilliant !!
Just taken my little maltipoo to get a groom, i’m very pleased with the cut and service definitely will be returning as it’s the best grooms he’s had!
First time going to Top Knot today, and can safely say I’ll be coming back. My boy looks so smart! The staff took the time to ask what I wanted and what products they’ll be using, and also spoke about how they’ll cut his hair to maintain it moving forward. They were so lovely, I'm so pleased to find such a great groomers.

I took my puppy here for his first groom. I was nervous about how he was going to be but when I picked him up there was nothing to worry about! Only took 45-50 mins and he looked so smart coming out. Will definitely be using again.
What a lovely place. I took our new dog in there who had not had a cut in a while and they took the best care of him. Gave me a bunch of advice on how to best look after his fur and when to book him in. incredibly polite and helpful and will be returning.
Superb service and very reasonable, my little girl poodle went in and I expected her to come out without much fur as i though her knots would need so much attention. Danielle took her time to comb through and keep her fur. She came out looking a million dollars and smelling better than myself. Very well run business and always polite taking time to ask how I and my family are? something you don’t get much of these days. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I needed a quick appointment due to an unexpected engagement. Top Knot and Tails got me a really quick appointment at a great price. My pooch had no issues whatsoever which made the whole experience even better. The staff were great, very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend to anyone.
I have been bringing my dog to Top Knot and Tails as long as there business has been open. The owners are so lovely and really take care of my dog, my dog generally used to be quite nervous when going to the groomers, but they really manage to calm him down and he is always happy after he has been groomed by them. The dog is always cut to perfection and he looks so full of life after! I am also able to ask them for advice about what I can do to take care of my dog and I would like to think this has made me a better dog owner. Danielle has years of experience and it really shows!. They have ample parking outside the store and if that is not available there is a lot of parking around the area (I have never had any issues with parking at all). I am suprised to see that some reviewers have given them 1 star, I literally would not take my dog anywhere else!. Look forward to seeing you both soon and thank you!
