Great vet's. Friendly and very helpful staff. Not overpriced and I genuinely feel they have my pet's best interests at heart. They have advised against expensive treatments in the past when not essential and offered cheaper alternatives to medication. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. I would definitely recommend this vets.
The service and care for our aging hound Gustav has been amazing. From being treated for a liver condition that nearly took him (and he doesn’t even drink) to after care and personal interactions that have clearly come from the heart and maintained/extended his life. Particular mention to the ever smiling Beth, but every visit has been great. Cheers! TM
We had been taking our elderly cat Pudding there for many years until she recently passed and have nothing but praise for all staff here. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Nigel is very experienced and we never had any issues with getting last minute appointments etc. We now take our dog there and very happy with the service. This Medivet branch is far superior to other locations we have used previously.
Very friendly and genuinely caring vet, probably the best in the area! All of the staff are pleasant, welcoming and have a calm nature. Of course I can't thank the vets themselves enough for their expertise and amazing work, however I wanted to also say a big thank you to the two lovely ladies on reception for being so helpful and kind! The vet had no record of my cats vaccinations, when I booked the appointment. They said she had not had her vaccinations, even though I have pet plan. It was lucky that her vaccination card was up to date. The practice had not bothered to update her history from their end. Poor practice!
The staff here are very compassionate and caring. We recently had to let our family dog go to sleep. They were brilliant. Thank you for such respectful staff.

All the staff have been exceptional in their customer and pets approach and welfare. I have owned animals for over 40 years and never have I been more content with this vets. Trusted service and I highly recommend them.
Staff very friendly, very knowledgeable, looked after my pet but there is one thing that I am not happy about is the price. My dog had castration done, we paid just over £500, but we find that the after care is not included in the price so we still need to fork out some more money to pay the next appointments. I think it is absolutely ridiculous considering it was already an expensive procedure.
