A very easy and straightforward process. My dog had a rabies vaccination at my local vets and I then contacted Heathrow vets to finalise the rest of the process. I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. It couldn’t have been easier.
We are so grateful for the service we received! The practice was wonderful to work with when exporting our pet to Australia. They solved a vaccination timing issue and went out of way to make sure everything was sorted. They do exports day in day out, and were so much better to use than my regular vet who gave my dog incorrect vaccines. They are kind, knowledgeable, prompt and easy to communicate with, and their pricing was very fair. We felt supported through what is a stressful process. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
