Manuel treats my little Ted with the utmost care and love, as do the rest of the team. They genuinely care about the animals they work on and it shows. Ted is a 12 year old rescue and has chronic ear issues. Manuel has done his utmost to keep him comfortable and get to the bottom of things. He operated today and the outcome was even better than expected, I’m so grateful. I was fully informed of each process and my concerns were listened to. Couldn’t have asked for more from this practice. After only registering two days prior, I took my dog there as an emergency having suddenly lost the ability to use her hind legs. After assessing her, a referral for a spinal MRI was arranged immediately and surgery followed. They were so kind to my dog, explained everything clearly and with empathy, and I got a phone call checking how she got on the next day. Huge thank you to vet Manuel and nurse Peter who couldn’t have made me, my mum and patient Penny feel more at ease in a stressful situation. These guys are FANTASTIC!!!! My dog has been going to the same vet for 8 years. I contacted ACE vets for a second opinion and we chose to go with them. They are super stars and I have never seen people care so much for animals. They literally walked past us and went straight to our dog to welcome him and for cuddles. I loved this and knew he was in safe hands. My partner and I were very worried about Teddy and they fully supported us every step. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. There was never a sales pitch which you do get in some vets. Teddy underwent an operation and post op is them happy to visit them . (Usually he is shaking!) Thank you
