“This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. You are all amazing and again we thank you. Lots of Love Charlie and Tony Arnold and also Willow Thank you xx (we both loved the fact that you guys loved her as much as we did) xx”

“Took my 10 month old spaniel to Penny for his first groom. Jarvis felt completely at ease and actually enjoyed the experience, he also looked great at the end. Penny was patient and very understanding, I will definitely be using her again.”

“I started using Frenchies Pet services when I was unable to walk our dog due to surgery. Rob is completely reliable, brilliant with our bouncy dog, and takes her on lovely walks through all terrains, stimulating mind and body. Our dog happily jumps into Robs van showing how happy she is in his care. I could not recommend Frenchies more highly.”

“A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”

“I have used Peace of Mind Pet Care for nearly 8 years now and highly recommend them. I used to put my two cats into a cattery but, after a bad experience that affected the health of one of them, I wanted the reassurance that they would be well looked after in an environment they knew and wouldn't be stressed by. They now stay at home and Kate comes in to feed them. She looks after them both so well, as if they were her own; she texts me to let me know how they're doing and they are certainly very content when we get back! The booking process is really easy and efficient too - thank you Sofie!”

“I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”

Our three spaniel puppies attend weekly, it’s been lovely to see them growing in confidence and becoming more comfortable travelling in our own car after using their pick up/drop off service. “Cannot recommend Petcare Cottage enough. Fabulous doggy day care and boarding facility where staff truly love the dogs. Great that owners are sent update pictures and videos. Our dog, Lola, cannot wait for her weekly visits to Petcare Cottage!”

“Josh has looked after our cocker spaniel two days a week for the past 2.5 years now and we simply couldn’t do without him! Josh is super reliable and has never let us down. He communicates well in advance if he is not going to be available and is usually always able to accommodate additional adhoc requests. Most importantly Milo gets the exercise and stimulation he needs up on the farm so everyone is happy - thank you Josh!”

“The staff on the Pharmacy section, all three of them, offered brilliant customer service this morning. I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.”

“We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!”

“Wonderful service. The lady called Janet.B at counter is very patient, better than other super market for the first time shopping and register membership experience. Free parking for 3 hours. Family friendly. And it has a combination of waitrose+iceland+curry+clothes. Time efficiency for family. Suggestion: if ASDA can add 30 eggs tray? Each time i need to buy a lot if boxes eggs.”
