“A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”

“I have used Peace of Mind Pet Care for nearly 8 years now and highly recommend them. I used to put my two cats into a cattery but, after a bad experience that affected the health of one of them, I wanted the reassurance that they would be well looked after in an environment they knew and wouldn't be stressed by. They now stay at home and Kate comes in to feed them. She looks after them both so well, as if they were her own; she texts me to let me know how they're doing and they are certainly very content when we get back! “I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”
