But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”
