    I use this place for inpost. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. They are rude and their inpost is always "down". Very inconvenient when you stop specifically to use this service. I would avoid.

    Rude individual.Very disrespectful.Needs to learn how to talk to women.Would have given 0 starts if possible. My partner came to retun a parcel the man behind the counter was rude and insulting instead of being helpful or supportive l. Don't keep a Service you can support. Would not recommend to go there for anything.

    Collected a parcel for the first time in this store. The Lady behind the till told me to collect Evri parcel at the back of the shop. This is an open box. I collected my parcel and waited for it to be scanned at the till. Having got over the hurdle of ID I pointed out security of parcels at the back of the shop . Anyone could walk out with a parcel or parcels She said there were security cameras. To what effect would that have these days? Persistent offenders yes but not just a one off. Most shops require a copy of receipt of payment ,sometimes ID and fetch the parcel from behind the till or from a secure area. Disappointed I produced photographic ID to which there seemed to be an issue about, yet someone could have walked out with my parcel or parcels. A reviews of securing parcels would be appreciated. What is the shops policy if/ when a parcel goes missing?

    We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!
