Worst customer service by guy name called Fabio. Just made some purchases and clearly check your cctv for 18th November 2025 around 4:40pm. Have purchased three lip balms worth only Β£0.75p each and by the time at the till he refused to sell in that price just because he said he just took out the price off. How pathetic? He knew it was already there in my basket before even he took the price off. and Without even asking do i need those lip balms he kept it on side. How Rude and disgusting behaviour. Whoever Manager of this boots; please train your employees properly. Definitely not going back EVER.

I popped into Boots Banstead this morning and had a genuinely great experience. Fahad one of the staff members were warm, helpful, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to answer my questions and made sure I found everything I needed.

This outlet is an absolute joke they never answer there phone so Iβve had to drive 30 mins to walk into the shop and ask about my dads prescription that they deliver to him to be told they are very busy and understaffed they are also rude and blunt in there reply . My dads heart nurse tried to ring them 6 times in one day to ask them to deduct a certain tablet and once again nobody picked up the phone she even tried the enquiries route and still no answer they are playing with peopleβs health care that rely on there services . Please try the chemist across the road in Banstead high st Surrey I think you will receive a much better service

The staff on the Pharmacy section, all three of them, offered brilliant customer service this morning. I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.

Shop staff very friendly, as for the pharmacist, very bad attitude, disgusting the way she treats people ,talks down to them, judges them in front of other customers, overides doctors prescriptions, rude and obnoxious, and a high and mighty attitude, one of many customers going elsewhere, really a shame her duty of care ,and customer service is non existent, otherwise lovely helpful staff,

It's probably the same everywhere at the moment due to supply issues but hardly any No7 skin care in stock. I bought what was available but couldn't even get the rest online as it was sold out. The lack of staff is another sign of the times with the queue getting longer behind me and feeling under pressure to shop as quickly as possible as people are impatient....however No7 is kept behind the counter for security reasons and I do like to bulk buy so it all adds up to a very disatisfactory shopping experience...
