The team went above and beyond with all the alterations, making sure everything fit perfectly, and they made the entire process so easy. Communication was great throughout, and everything was done quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality. We were so impressed with the service and couldn’t have asked for better.

   Well we were in and out in 20 minutes with my son suited booted and looking amazing I can't believe how Amazing John is He told us what would suit my son and the first suit he put on him looked literally brilliant The style The shape everything And any alterations to make it slightly more fitted to his shape will be done in 3 days I can't recommend these guys enough

   Not just a purchase but a real experience. Nick is so knowledgeable and helped me get a suit that I just couldn't get on the high street. Ended up altering both the trousers and jacket to ensure a comfortable fit. Not many places like this still around. Highly recommend!

   If Carlsberg did tailoring…Possibly the best suit buying experience I’ve had in 40 years. Great service from very knowledgeable traditional tailors. Huge selection of suits with the flexibility to find the right combination of jacket and trousers for my body shape and taste. The tailor picked out the right jacket for me first time and got the trousers spot on (waist and length) on the second pair. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a suit locally. Prices seemed fair and were within my expectations too.

   Horrendous service! My husband came in after work (he’s a scaffolder) on the way back from picking two of the children up from the yard and the old man spoke to him like he hasn’t got a penny and told him “ this maybe good for you it’s on sale” and is £320 ok? Thing is your suits were terrible quality and cheaply made. He got his suit from moss bros and funny enough spend over £800 on just his. So you’ve now lost out on 3 men’s suits and both my sons would have come to get one also but now going moss bros where the lady was lovely yesterday. There’s a saying you should stick to “Never judge a book by its cover.”

   Not great service. The dithering old man who served us was rather rude in front of a load of people at the end as i didn't want to take the suit there and then as i wanted to shop around. The range of suits seams like there was a lot but only a small section if you are looking under £500.. the suits I looked at where geared towards the older clientele. Nice but not very modern and any alterations would se you back well over £100.

   I visited Suit City in the hope I could somehow purchase a suit for a posh lunchtime event starting in less than 18 hours time in central London. Due to me putting on too much weight, I just did not have anything to wear that fitted. I had driven past Suit City plenty of times without feeling the need ever to go inside.....until now!! I was met by Nicholas who was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond the call of duty pulling out many suits and trousers for me to try on until we finally came across one that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The trousers needed shortening and not only did Nicholas's son run these to their tailor to immediately work on, Nicholas even met me after 6pm to hand the finished suit to me. I would highly recommend Suit City and would like to thank Nicholas once again for pulling out all the stops enabling me to have a lovely day in London with no stress! I certainly will be back. (Here I am on the right with ex-West Ham footballer Tony Cottee who was guest speaker for the evening!)
