Cannot recommend this vets enough - our dog is not a fan of the vets but all the staff are fantastic with him. They take it at his pace and take their time to make sure he’s happy and comfortable. He probably eats 1000 treats when he goes in because he is so well cared for - genuinely couldn’t reccomend this place enough they are amazing
The best vet we have ever used. They are so friendly and kind to me and my bunny. It's really easy to book appointments and there is free parking outside. I've never had to wait long for me appointment after booking and on the day.
Would recommend this vet to anyone. Always has time to listen to your concerns and it's great you can attend sister vets in other locations. Eltham and Sidcup we use and both the teams are excellent and very caring.
Excellent service at Eltham practice amazing receptionist and very professional vet great experience! I also go to Sidcup which is much busier but still good service would recommend!
Took my cats in for their boosters. Very caring and professional, I just wish the branch in welling was still open for vaccinations.

Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.
