“Went to Goddards in Loughton with our little fur baby Bruce. We had to have him put to sleep and Walter and Abbie were amazing. They were very kind and caring and we never felt rushed. We were told to take as long as we needed and to go home pay the next day. Completely opposite experience to the one we had at Pets At Home last year. Would recommend Walter as he has always acted professionally and always puts the pet and owners first. Five Stars.”

“My dog actually enjoys his groom here. My only complaint is that they are so popular that I often have to wait a couple of weeks to get my dog booked in for his groom! He always comes away looking really dapper and they recommended in the summer that I have him clipped for the hot weather and he loved having such short hair.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but this world is always full of negativity and I wanted to say something positive. I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there. Thank you for your kindness ladies, it doesn’t go unnoticed. (Caramel & Chocolates Mum)”

After a stressful week with ZERO empathy or compassion from anyone at the NHS, my local GP, 111, even at the hospital, somehow it was the staff at this place that showed the most humanity. Specifically the pharmacist himself as well as a woman named "Abbie". If it wasn't for the genuine concern they had shown I'd likely of gotten so ill I'd be missing a limb at the point of my writing this. The only way I know of showing my gratitude to them is with this review.”

“Excellent services from Valeri and the team, thank you! We hired them for a professional cleaning of the office carpets and for some sofas and several other upholstery items (armchairs and footstools). The part which really impressed our staff was the team's punctuality, professionalism and attention to details. They.managed to remove the stains from the carpets and they did an amazing job on cleaning the sofas. These are really fantastic cleaners, and the true pros in the industry.”

“Nini has been walking my dog for six years and is someone I can trust fully to take care of her on walks and when we go on holiday. My dog is quite nervous but she loves staying with Nini as she has a calm and home from home environment. Nini loves all her dogs which is easy to see with the videos she sends from the walks. You can see all the dogs are happy and enjoy being with each other. I really would be lost without you Nini! Thank you.”

“Amazing! Vanessa was a doggy chaperone for our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. She came round the week before to get to know our pup and was so good with her right from the start. On the day she was nothing short of perfect, taking her to the ceremony then the reception then took her home and dog sat until the late evening. She was professional throughout and provided regular WhatsApp updates which gave us peace of mind that our pup was happy and in safe hands. Vanessa is totally trustworthy and offers a brilliant service. Thank you so much!!”

“Good Travelodge hotel. Modern clean helpful staff. Close to a Toby Carvery for meals and breakfast. Next to Harlow Town train station. Parking is free, however, the car park in on an ARPN system so you must register your car number plate with hotel so you are not charged.”
