   Disgraceful communication.....I booked a flu jab on the 25th September to be given on the 29th October, when I arrived at the store on the 29th was told that due to "technical difficulties" I would not be given the flu jab...they did not bother to contact me by telephone, email or text to inform me of this, which resulted in a wasted journey.

   A lady here named Vian, was incredibly rude, all wanted was her help and three times was hung up on by her. She kept advising me of various reasons why she couldn't help but wouldn't give any advice on how she could help. I honestly couldn't believe how horribly she spoke to me. she was absolutely awful.

   I have been there in the morning after visiting a hospital for my eye. The simple eye ointment prescribed by the nhs was not available. They did order it for me and I whant to pick it up 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Then day told me it cost 34 pounds and if I want it cheaper I can go and see my GP so they can do nhs prescription. Being 5 o'clock the information was not helpful at all K and g chemist next door sell the item for 27 pounds and it is the first thing they told me.
