“Went to Goddards in Loughton with our little fur baby Bruce. We had to have him put to sleep and Walter and Abbie were amazing. They were very kind and caring and we never felt rushed. We were told to take as long as we needed and to go home pay the next day. Completely opposite experience to the one we had at Pets At Home last year. Would recommend Walter as he has always acted professionally and always puts the pet and owners first. Five Stars.”

“My local pharmacy. After a stressful week with ZERO empathy or compassion from anyone at the NHS, my local GP, 111, even at the hospital, somehow it was the staff at this place that showed the most humanity. Specifically the pharmacist himself as well as a woman named "Abbie". If it wasn't for the genuine concern they had shown I'd likely of gotten so ill I'd be missing a limb at the point of my writing this. The only way I know of showing my gratitude to them is with this review.”
