They have been good to me when I pull up and can’t get out car they bring my Medication to also they sometimes deliver if I can’t get there or can’t get anyone to pick up me The girls are so helpful and amazing and the. Pharmacist are very helpful an do their best to sort out prescriptions highly recommend
Phoned to check they had some pain killers, polite call. Arrived to a busy chemist, staff were polite and helpful.
Insensitive and Unprofessional Experience I had a very upsetting experience at this pharmacy today while visiting with two of my children. When I was asked for my child’s NHS number—which I didn’t have to hand—the pharmacist made a joke suggesting I was a bad mother, and involved my young daughter in the remark. It was deeply inappropriate and left me feeling humiliated and judged. As a full-time working mum of three, I juggle a lot—and I came in expecting care and professionalism, not to be shamed for something so minor. I’ve never once needed to know my children’s NHS numbers off the top of my head. I left the pharmacy in tears and remain shaken by how casually and publicly that comment was made. A healthcare setting should be a place of support, not judgment. I hope this feedback leads to more awareness and compassion in future.

Spoke to the lead pharmacist today who was being very sarcastic, rude and lacked professionalism. This is not the kind of behaviour I would expect from a healthcare professional. If you want to retain patients and keep your business running I suggest you sort your attitude out.
First time using this Chemist, only place locally which had both prescription items in stock, excellent helpful service thanks.
