My dog hurt his left back leg jumping off a small wall, My local branch was closed so I was redirected to the Dartford branch, which offers a 24hour service. the vet checked his leg nothing broken so I was given anti inflamatory medicine. I was very happy with the service I received.
I have been using this practice for years & would highly recommend. Staff are always really caring, helpful & professional. I know my babies are in safe hands.
My toy poodles first experience of going to the vets was brilliant. The receptionists were polite,professional, and friendly. The vet was lovely, and treat my Amos with care. Back again in 4 weeks, and I know that Amos won't be frightened.
Pleasant welcome on arrival, short wait, vet explained everything clearly also giving me options and advice. Best of all dolly my dog was calm and comfortable during the exam which is very important. Altogether a very good experience, thank you

Receptionists polite, helpful and professional too. Felt welcomed and treated with respect and importance like we mattered. Extremely pleased with our experience.
The vet here, Mary Cox Brunton, spent more time calculating cost of treatment than she did to actually treat my cat. She charged me £56 to walk into her office with my cat, and for her to basically say "your cat isn't well, here's 2 tablets. That's £56". Plus an additional £230 something to lance my cat's abscess, then a further £20 something for a nurse just to flush it out. I don't recommend this place.
I have been using Medivet for years. I always ask to see Mary she is first class always explains everything clearly highly recommended.
Dont ever lose Mary, she's the most professional, kind, gentle, greatly experienced vet I have ever met. Known her many, many years, feel like friends now and she has looked after all my cats so well in that time. The reception staff are friendly and do their job politely and with patience. Never had any negative thoughts about the place. Thank you...xx
They were great. My first vet visit with our new puppy. The vet was amazing. Pup was happy. Didn't even notice his injection.
The staff and doctors are really helpful, nice and professional. We had an appointment for the usual yearly cat MOT and booster vacation. It was quick and efficient, but still taking time for a proper checkup.
