“Knowing Ray shortly before the formation of Petpals Chislehurst, it became apparent that he was born to care for animals. I got this impression from the way he treats his own two dogs, Ralf and Sydni. When he first mentioned that he was going to become a full time franchise owner of Petpals I never had a shadow of a doubt that he would be successful. Knowing his wife and children, I knew that the support that he would receive from them would guarantee that any animals which are under Ray’s care will also be under theirs too, no questions asked, with the love and support that they give their own animals. In June, Ray graciously agreed to look after my two cats and tortoise for a week. During the assessment phase my family and I were all thoroughly impressed in the level of detail that goes into the preparation for Ray to take care of our animals. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are your animals safe and well looked after, but so is your home. He offered to open and close curtains, turn on lamps overnight and other services to give the appearance that you were at home to deter potential burglars. Upon coming home from our holiday, we found that the tortoise and particularly the cats were not only happy to see us, but disappointed that their new friend, Ray, wasn’t coming to feed, play and look after them anymore. The bond between them is apparent and it clearly not one sided. Ray continuously asks about them when I see him and saves lily leaves for the tortoise, which are a favourite of hers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on looking for any kind of pet care service to contact Ray and will certainly be using his company again for any future occasion where we need any fully qualified and insured pet care.”

“A wonderful night with a great dinner in the Pub, served by friendly and professional people. There is a real positive hum to the whole place. Breakfast was equally as good. Will definitely stay at the Bull's Head whenever we need to be up this way.”

“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.”

“Saw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though it’s not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!”

“Sarah has been nothing but amazing, both to deal with and groom our dog. We have a cocker spaniel, who is hard work at the best of times let alone groom him! We have always been impressed with the groom and how relaxed our dog feels with Sarah. It is very hard to find genuine groomers these days, but rest assured, Sarah is the best of the best. We only write this review as we are moving away and will miss Sarah. BeSt of luck for the future and if you're looking for a groomer this is the one!”

“Nice store, shame about the break ins definitely could benefit from a security guard. Staff are helpful and friendly two girls in particular Chloe/Carla always happy and making you feel welcome in the store. It is pricey for some bits and bobs but isn’t it everywhere. Update- needs a security guard!”
