   if you’re looking for good customer service this shop is not the place. I’ve ordered food from them a few times and twice I’ve paid for next day delivery and item has not been delivered. The first time I was refunded no issue, second time I’ve called them parcel hasn’t been delivered. They refused to refund me Blaming DPD Which as a customer that has paid for a service, I don’t care whose fault it is, is your business. Rather than apologise and show empathy the old lady that picks up the phone who is very rude on a few occasion was very dismissive and hang up the phone while I was still speaking. a man has called me afterwards to basically tell me the same thing. I’m not getting a refund its DPD fault, again no empathy they don’t really care. I would not recommend and wont be shopping here again, very rude

   I cannot speak highly enough of Paws Naturally. They have the most knowledgeable and helpful staff and best customer service. They crafted a great diet for my German Shepard. Not only have they been providing my dog with food for the past 7 years, they've also introduced me to homeopathic care, meaning, I no longer have to use lazy vet prescribed drugs for worming/cuts/stings. Thank you Lyn and John (& everyone else) for all your help over the years.
