“Kate and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming”
“A massive thank you to John for looking after my mums dog Nacho- so that we could have Christmas away. Top notch service and regular updates with plenty of pictures to alleviate any of my mums worries. Happy to send Nacho to Johns on our next adventure ♥️”
“Great local shop, friendly people and very well priced.”
“Very Impressed - Never been here before, but very happy & will certainly return. Had a last minute nail clipping request for my dog. The lady was quick, did a very good job and didn't charge the earth. She was excellent with my dog, and is clearly an animal lover - thank you very much.”
“This vets is one of the kindest vets we’ve been too! They are so supportive and kind. When my mums dog was put down they lit the candle and held a moment silence. They are kind and compassionate and felt like they genuinely care about the animals they treat.”
“We came on a business trip and stayed 18-21 July 2025. We were immediately welcomed by Monica who was very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a beautiful premium room that came with welcome surprise. Also purchased the meal deal and enjoyed good food and great service at the Willow Farm Table Table Restaurant. All in all a great experience in Rainham. Highly recommended and we plan to come again soon.”
“Really lovely staff, they always answer the phone and give you useful (and accurate) information, never felt rushed. They ordered my prescriptions to arrive the next day, gave me different options to collect them, and were transparent about the potential for delays and how it would affect my prescription. Some pharmacies make you feel like a nuisance for asking any questions (I'm looking at you Boots), or they don't properly explain what your options are, but the two women who helped me (both young black women, didn't get their names) were so warm, friendly, patient, and informative, and just treated me like a human. It makes such a difference, especially when you've got hidden disabilities that can make pharmacy trips challenging. Having had bad experiences in other pharmacies, and generally dreading these trips, it was such a relief to have a good experience and leave feeling okay, so I'm very grateful.”
“Lovely people. Leave my precious dog for either daycare, overnight stay, or grooming. Never worry that he won't be cared for properly. Maureen x”
“I was taken into hospital suddenly and my baby girl Moo Moo was at home alone with no-one to feed her or give her water. The council; arranged for her to be taken to The Pussycat Hilton in Rainham. She has not been away from me in the 3 ½ years I have had her and she will be 4 in November. She is the most gorgeous, loving, cuddly but can be jittery around new people and jumpy cat but when she came back to me and having reviewed the website of the Hilton and seeing the pictures/videos they sent me of her I could tell she had been so well looked after, loved, cared for and shown love and affection and treated so well. When she was returned to me by them they gave me a cat bed and some toys (she has toys but not a bed as she tends to snuggle up on my pillow behind my head) but she has slept in the bed and she keeps coming to me for cuddles or strokes which before she did but not as much and I can tell she was so looked after. You couldnt ask for a better place to place your cat if ever needed. Highly recommended and cant thank them enough. They are amazing. Attached are photos of my baby at the hotel and back at home.”
“Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”
“Very helpful staff and much cheaper than Tesco, well stocked and have a good range of products”
“Really lovely hotel, secluded away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. One minor thing was that the double bed in our room was actually two single mattresses together and we weren't made aware of this at any time.”
“As always the crew and team at this pharmacy are exemplary. They have always exceeded my expectations, often they found ways around any glitches in the processes of ordering a repeat rx or simply guiding and advising me accordingly. They are polite ,very helpful and professional. George was a model of professionalism and joe the head pharmacist has always been utterly friendly and tirelessly professional. I've been using this pharmacy for some 6years plus and they never let me down. I often found them well stocked and if out they compensated by sourcing in a timely manner .always delivered when promised. The pharmacy is well stocked and prices are excellent on all other ancillaries. I forgot to mention the support crew ! Oh well they are perfectly helpful and ever so welcoming. Update on this review. I’m still using this pharmacy and it’s 2024 . Still they never cease to exceed my expectations. Z.c.hajaig”
“Always great service and always have medicine in stock which won't be available anywhere else.”
“Lovely staff, not a long wait for prescriptions.”
“Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”
