We left our cat Luco at the cattery for a week. We got an update on a regular basis on his wellbeing and this gave us a peace of mind. He was well looked after and was very happy. Thank you so much to everyone at the cattery for looking after our cat.
I’ve just read the recent negative review and I’ve never read anything so misleading and horrible. I’ve been bringing my fur baby Wisp for years, since he was 3 months old and I’ve never had a negative experience. I would receive daily updates on his progress and the staff would always let me know how he is. The rooms at the cattery are amazing, clean and spacious for a cat - there are lots of toys and scratchers to keep them occupied. Again I’ve never had a negative experience with staff, they’re all lovely and very experienced. Wisp would always come home relaxed, clean, happy and full of chatter. I can’t recommend this cattery enough, by far the best one I’ve EVER used. Please don’t let a negative, year out of date review sway your judgement on this cattery.
By far the best cattery ever. They are the best for a reason. My two babies were left with them for a week and came home alot happier and themselves. I was updated daily with pictures/ videos and also messages throughout the duration of their stay which also gave me a piece of mind and reassurance that they were in safe hands. Thank you to Sophie and the team for taking care of my girls and ensuring that they were shown affection and love as the last cattery was traumatic for them and they were very stressed out. The cleanliness, atmosphere and rooms were of high standards and it was obvious that they take pride in what they do and their services speak for themselves. Moving forward this will be the only place I leave my babies as I know they are in capable hands. Prices are affordable and you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Pussycat Hilton if anyone needs a place for their fur babies to stay whilst on holiday or emergencies.
I was taken into hospital suddenly and my baby girl Moo Moo was at home alone with no-one to feed her or give her water. The council; arranged for her to be taken to The Pussycat Hilton in Rainham. She has not been away from me in the 3 ½ years I have had her and she will be 4 in November. She is the most gorgeous, loving, cuddly but can be jittery around new people and jumpy cat but when she came back to me and having reviewed the website of the Hilton and seeing the pictures/videos they sent me of her I could tell she had been so well looked after, loved, cared for and shown love and affection and treated so well. When she was returned to me by them they gave me a cat bed and some toys (she has toys but not a bed as she tends to snuggle up on my pillow behind my head) but she has slept in the bed and she keeps coming to me for cuddles or strokes which before she did but not as much and I can tell she was so looked after. You couldnt ask for a better place to place your cat if ever needed. Highly recommended and cant thank them enough. They are amazing. Attached are photos of my baby at the hotel and back at home.
My cat had a lovely three week stay here. They sent me videos of her which thoroughly reassured me she was well. My cat came home healthy and her usual cheeky self. I highly recommend Debbie and her lovely team.
My 2 cats were looked after really well. So pleased I found this cattery. Also love that they were picked up from our home and returned to us , saved us loads of time. Will definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff.
This is the first time our cats have been cared for outside their own home and we were really impressed with the spaces and cosiness of rooms. Everyone we met was lovely and kind, we had a regular photos and could see our kitties had relaxed after settling in. I'm sure the cats are excited for their next holiday from me!
