   Am unable to walk was prescribed medication at 11.45 last night. Dawn has kindly arranged for a free of charge delivery today at lunchtime. Dawn's level of assessment restores faith in person to person customer service. This has made me smile during a very difficult time. Thank you

   I am waiting for my prescription but the chap in there has said to my wife that he cannot do it BECAUSE HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE COMPUTER. we are talking about people's life & health here. Why leave incompetent people in charge of jobs like this. Disgraceful.

   Picked up a prescription today 18/12/24 at 11:28am and when l asked the lady at the till, who seems to be of south Asian heritage for a for a special receipt that l thought I was entitled to. She proceeds to give me a sassy headshake telling me ‘private prescriptions are not for free’ which is fine, but it was the manner in which she conveyed this message which l believe was rude and lacked professionalism. My second interaction with her today and she needs better customer service skills. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it.

   Really lovely staff, they always answer the phone and give you useful (and accurate) information, never felt rushed. They ordered my prescriptions to arrive the next day, gave me different options to collect them, and were transparent about the potential for delays and how it would affect my prescription. Some pharmacies make you feel like a nuisance for asking any questions (I'm looking at you Boots), or they don't properly explain what your options are, but the two women who helped me (both young black women, didn't get their names) were so warm, friendly, patient, and informative, and just treated me like a human. It makes such a difference, especially when you've got hidden disabilities that can make pharmacy trips challenging. Having had bad experiences in other pharmacies, and generally dreading these trips, it was such a relief to have a good experience and leave feeling okay, so I'm very grateful.

   I have only worked at this branch for two days and I must say its been a great experience! Everyone is so lovely, calm, chilled out at the same time they work hard, despite it being a very busy pharmacy. Everyone works on a professional level, go out of their way and beyond for patients!    Went to get my daughters prescription today at 1:30, door was locked. Seen a dark curly hair lady behind the counter, after a while she lifted her hand ussuming signaling to wait, but after almost 10 min of waiting with my daughter fussing in the pram still nothing. At least have the courtesy to come to the door and say sorry we will be closed for a certain time or just stick a not on the door. So rude

   Never have a prescription claim to not have received it from the doctors when my doctors sends it over straight away. When they have received it which is not often they then never have the items. I have never been and not had a problem. Have asked my doctor not to send here again. Completely unorganised. Absolute shambles of a chemist.

   I recently visited Day Lewis pharmacy. I was helped by a young lady. I think her name badge said Kelsey. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable for her age and helped me find the products I needed. She was quick and efficient. Fantastic customer service today.
