   Best reptile Shop in London, The Staff go above beyond to make sure customers are happy. Great Selection of animals, Even if they dont have the animal you looking for. you should inquire as it could be possible to get that animal your looking for. These guys Saved my Pet leopard Gecko from certain death (Thx you paul) with in seconds of visiting after vets failed me, A Job the vets wouldnt do unless paid to do so. Many times they have helped me or friends and family with their animals.    We’ve been coming to Cold Blooded for almost a year now, thanks to a friend who recommended it! My son, who’s 6, wanted a pet corn snake, so I reached out to the Reptile Centre in January for some advice on getting one. They were super helpful and let us meet a few baby corn snakes beforehand (which my son absolutely loved!). We were able to buy all the stuff we needed for the vivarium in store—just a heads-up, it’s cash only; and we also got enough food for our snake at what I think is a fair price per pinky. I checked the prices of the pinkies at a popular online store, and Cold Blooded was definitely the most reasonable. The staff are amazing and so helpful and informative. We’re planning to upgrade our Viv over the next few months, and I asked the staff if they wouldn’t mind helping me fit a lamp and some other things I know I’ll probably struggle with. They told me to bring the viv in, and they’ll help us upgrade it. They’re honestly so kind!

   Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.

   The staff here are so amazing I had to give them a good review. I work for a small mammals vet practice so reptiles are not our speciality. Two terrapins were dumped at our practice and we had no facilities to care for them. We needed to urgently find them a safe place to stay. We called a few places with no success, but then we called these guys and they were more than happy to help. When I got to the shop it was packed. They're clearly a very busy place but they still found the time to help rescue some strays in need. I spoke to some customers while I was there and they spoke very highly of the staff that worked there and I can see why.

   Would give a hundred stars if I could. I lost my flat to a fire recently, and desperately needed two vivariums after my lizards were rescued from their destroyed tanks. The staff at Cold Blooded were so understanding, kind and helpful, they sorted me two lovely tanks for a more than reasonable price. They told me everything I needed to know about setting the tanks up, these guys are basically walking encyclopedias regarding reptiles! My lizards love their new homes, and I am so grateful I found this shop it was a total God send. Thank you so much, Cold Blooded!

   I have been to many pet shops over the years, with lots of them being exotic pet shops so I consider myself fairly good at spotting a good one. I didn’t have to look too hard to work out that Cold Blooded was definitely one of the good ones. The shop itself is small but it is totally packed to the rafters with everything you may need for your reptile, fish, amphibian or invertebrate. There is a huge range of livestock and there are even more behind the scenes so if you are looking for something then do ask. All of the animals are clearly well looked after and healthy. Perhaps the best part of Cold Blooded is the staff. Paul is fantastic, he has a true passion for reptiles and knows so much about them, but is more than happy to admit when he doesn’t know something. He knows many of his customers well and so when they walk in Paul will know whether he has new stock that that customer might be interested in. Brad is also brilliant and very knowledgeable and between the two of them, they have been able to answer any questions that I have. The shop can be busy, regulars will often hang around chatting but people are friendly and it isn’t intimidating. We love going to Cold Blooded, it is our absolute favourite reptile shop. Just be aware that they only take cash.
