I left my cat Tommy with Loria in October. From the booking, down to the day he was dropped off, Loria was amazing. She reassured me and sent me regular updates with pictures on how he was getting on. When I picked him up Tommy was very settled and happy. I would 100% recommend longcroft. Loria took great care of our two cats for 12 nights while we went on holiday. She helped them settle in well and sent us regular updates and photos via email. She also kindly sent a gift bag home with them of nice tuna treats and cat toys which they love! The suites looked cosy and my cats seemed to like the nice views outside and seeing their neighbours in other suites. Thank you!
Our beloved cat Santos enjoyed his first stay in Longcroft East Barnet in August 2025 and we were so incredibly impressed. Santos has stayed in other catteries before without issue, but the care and service at this fabulous Luxury Cat Hotel exceeded our expectations and previous experiences elsewhere. The space is beautifully designed and reassuringly secure, with lots of comfortable and engaging amenities for the cats. Loria is wonderful and a true cat lover. Loria regularly shared email updates and photos throughout the two week stay and it was so clear that Santos was comfortable and cared for. He was so happy and relaxed when we arrived to collect him. Loria is amazing! I was so nervous for Puss's first time in a hotel whilst I was away but Loria kept me updated and reassured. I was sent gorgeous photos and his mood throughout. Even when booking I was given ample information so that paying was a breeze. And when picking him up, I was running late and Loria was oh so patient! Puss came back super chilled and playful, like there's a spring in his step! We will be back again, worth every penny!
It was my first time keeping my cat at Longcroft cat hotel and it was the best decision I made. Loria was such a great host and took great care of my cat while I was away. The regular updates and photos was really assuring. Luna enjoyed her stay and was well taken care off. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely keep my cat there again.
I resently took by two lovely cats to stay at Longcroft with the lovely Loria, on arrival they were both stressed which was to be expected as they have never stayed away from home unless they have been unwell and stayed at the vets. Loria put me at easy and told me they would take a couple of days to de-stresses so I went on my way. I received lovely emails from Loria and photos of my babies which was comforting. The Cabin they stayed in was roomy clean and full of comfort for them. When I collected them 10 days later they looked just as well as they day I dropped them off. On returning home they were very happy and I could see that they had eaten well, looked after just as I would look after them. I can highly recommend this lovely cattery and Loria. Will use them again.
Would highly recommend Longcroft East Barnet. We left our shy cat Pepper for three weeks and it was the first time he had been away from home so I was terrified about leaving him! Loria was wonderful at putting us both at ease, sending us regular photos and updates and she did a wonderful job of getting Pepper out of his shell and getting him to play with her. He seemed perfectly calm when he came back and he even got to take home some toys that he loved! We will definitely use Longcroft again.
I am so grateful to Loria for taking such great care of our boy Cooper while we took a much delayed trip to Japan. It’s hard to find accommodation for a cat with FIV, but after checking with Longcroft, Loria was happy to take him. She was extremely kind and patient when he arrived in a messed carrier (he doesn’t travel well) and this took a lot of the stress away from us. I think the job must be just as much about reassuring cat parents as it is looking after the cats, and Loria has this down. Cooper was with her for almost 3 weeks and I know he was so well looked after. Accommodations were ample and spotless! He loved being pampered and making the most of his cat tree. On the one occasion he wasn’t quite himself, Loria noticed straight away (I’m not sure the same would have been true with a larger cattery) and got in touch. Thankfully he was back to normal the next day, but I really appreciated knowing he was with someone who noticed and cared. We loved getting pictures every couple of days - very comforting when you’re far away, and he always looked so happy and well groomed. I was almost worried he wouldn’t want to come home!
I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!
