A little nervous as first time dog owner taking our precious Bella to the groomer and not sure how she would react, we were pleasantly surprised to see Bella run into the groomers super excited and happy to stay. The staff were lovely, relaxed and professionally and we can't recommend them enough. It's a safe, secure and loving environment and we've already used them twice and will do so in the future. “Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. She really is a guardian angel for cats. I would never have my cat groomed by anyone else. Thank you Anita !”

“I've been bringing my dogs to pawfect style dog grooming for years.two years ago I moved from west drayton to Surrey. And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure. My dog comes out happy looking fab every time. Something you don't ways get at other groomers.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. “Absolutely fantastic service! Bought our Spaniel in for a full service groom a few days ago. Really lovely and warm reception on entry and felt instantly that he was in good hands! I told Taylor he had been having some ear issues for the past few days and she gave them a full deep clean. As soon as I picked him up he was full of beans & so happy, he looked so fresh and youthful again. He also smelt really lovely! Best thing was he had no more head shaking or ear issues after his groom, such a relief! Can't thank them enough! Great service, beautiful groom and really lovely staff. Definitely recommend. “I took my 13 yr old rescue dog to Fetch 22 for the first time today. She is large and arthritic and as far as i know, has never been to a groomers before. Adrienne and Pete were just amazing and i felt absolutely confident leaving her in their care. When i picked her up, she looked, felt and smelled fabulous ( and was very happy ) it was clear that they loved her as much as i do! “I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”
