   We recently visited Nupur for the second time with our dog Sunny for hand stripping. She is doing an amazing job, Sunny is clearly calmer with her than he used to be with other groomers and does not have the skin irritation after stripping like he used to have before. We are very happy we found Nupur, for us as owners it's very important to know that our dog's groomer pays attention to how he is feeling during the grooming.

   We changed our groomers to Artful dog grooming because our dog is generally quite nervous and previously hated going to the groomers. Nupur was excellent, taking the time to get to know our dog and reading her body language to go at her pace. Now our dog is happy to see Nupur and be groomed - a remarkable difference! Nupur is also very good at communicating and receptive to requests/adjustments with regards to the trim. Highly recommend

   I’ve been bringing my very anxious Cocker Spaniel, Sully, to Nupur for nearly a year now, and I’m so glad I found her. She’s incredibly patient and allows me to stay and help keep Sully calm while she works her magic.    Nupur is one of the best in the field. We have a cocker spaniel that hates to be groomed and have his paws touched, and we worked with Nupur to get him to a place where he feels now comfortable being touched and groomed. She’s very sweet and has so much patience with my dog. 100% recommended!

   Absolutely amazing experience my dogs came back so beautiful and you could see that they were well taken care of. My dogs were new to her business and we had a meat and treat session a few days before for my dogs to get to know the environment. This made me feel so safe and I knew that my dogs were going to be treated properly. The owner of the business is so sweet and kind and real pleasure to meet. Definitely recommend
