   Olive has been to 9Tails three times now. As a rescue dog, it was important to find a groomers which offered a calm setting and this is exactly what Sarah and Matt offer. I've been pleased with all the cuts. What's more, Olive is very happy to be left at 9Tails and is still very happy when I collect her. A much better experience here than I'd had at other groomers.    Matt and Sarah couldn't have been more lovely with our 8 month old puppy's first proper full groom, after a poor experience with another groomer we were so happy to have been recommended to 9 Tails and can't wait to book him back in for his next one! As others have said, it's a great set up, a calming garden to arrive in which immediately puts your pet (and you) at ease. We were quite specific with what we wanted doing which Matt & Sarah did and then some. Thank you!

   We went a couple of times to have our Schnauzer Indie bathed and groomed. Indie is quite an anxious dog, and they were very gentle and caring, finding the best way to stress her less. And the grooming was just perfect!

   Had a great experience for my first visit. Sarah and Matt were so helpful and flexible, going above and beyond to fit me in around my busy schedule and talking me through the process. You can tell they really care about the animal's experience throughout the groom. I returned with a very clean and happy pup. Very professional and cannot recommend them enough. I'm so lucky to have found them for my dog's first groom.
