Amazing experience has always. Benedetta always does a fabulous job and really does love my little dog. Very grateful!
I cannot praise Benedetta enough. She made our puppy girl completely relaxed just by being herself. Benedetta has such a natural charm, our dog just stared at her with curiosity and amusement, not even realising she was having her nails trimmed. You can tell that dogs feel safe and trust Benedetta easily.
Had the best experience at PP Notting Hill, Francesco was extremely kind and helpful over the phone as well as on the day and Benedetta has done an incredible and friendly job! My dog was not only looking the cutest puppy but very calm at the pickup - which was also earlier than predicted. Thank you guys you were the best! Me & Ozzy will be back for sure xx

I been waiting outside more than 10 minutes because why not, no? Since when custumer services in Central London are so low? Since when we have to wait at the door to enter shops partly closed because this is how the kassier decided??? Wake up! Is Tuesday, and saying sorry without meaning it, is not gonna solve the problem, okay? Avoid this kind of business where custumers are treated badly! It's not worth it! Hello, Kassier! People are working and paying respect for each other's services, so you might like to do so too, if not, why not finding other job???? Let someone else who might need the job doing it, not letting people outside waiting at the door and opened when you want!!! It says down for maintenance, when she opens the door she said they have electricity problems, light was on, water running downstairs in the grooming room was working, are you thinking i am Stupid? You just said it straight to my face like you meant it, no?
Celia is a fab groomer with so much patience and kindness for our 13 year old poodle who loves her. Eymie in the store is the helpful and cheerful and always has a treat and a cuddle for Harry when we visit. A wondeful team. Highly recommend.
Wilson loves going into Pet Pavilion, he gets his hair cut, nails clipped and they just love him especially Celia who grooms him. This shop is a hidden gem in the heart of Kensington. Great, friendly service and the staff are very knowledgeable too.
